Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of different commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
- Installation and repair of commercial flat roof systems
- Perform tasks that include site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe jobsite
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Learn and apply new skills related to commercial roofing tools, techniques, and procedures
- Commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service
Core Skills Needed
- Strong work ethic
- Dependability
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Attention to detail, quality, and safety
- OSHA 10/30 (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
- Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
- Must be able to climb ladder, regularly bend, climb, and kneel
- Valid & clean CDL license (Crane Operator position)
- NCCCO certified (or certification in progress (Crane Operator position))
