Job Summary
Per Diem Rotate Operates CT and radiography equipment to perform a variety of imaging studies as indicated by established protocols and manufacturer specifications.
Obtains optimum diagnostic imaging following ALARA principals.
Prepares rooms, supplies and equipment for patient usage.
Prepares timely documentation in Cerner and PACS.
Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of requested imaging studies.
Rotates call schedule as needed.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technologists
- Licenses, Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Licensed Radiologic Technologists, State of Florida (HRS), ARRT CT certification, Current CPR (BCLS) certification
