About the role

Performs a variety of radiological procedures, including vascular, invasive, interventional examinations, and computerized tomographic procedures. Operates sophisticated equipment with highly technical skills. Also performs duties of an ARRT Technologist when not performing CT. Responsible for on-call procedures as indicated.

Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality images in a safe and efficient manner.
• Completes required exams and sends studies to the reading station for radiologist review.
• Completes all associated documentation.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills to understand instructions in radiological and medical terms and exchange information with patients and staff.
• Prior general radiology experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
• Currently Certified and Registered in Radiography (ARRT), CRT, and CPR.
• Current Arizona CTCT license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of CT experience.
• Computed Tomography R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) certification.
