About the role
The Multimedia Technician provides technical production and promotional support for live broadcasts, news, and commercials productions including TV, radio, digital, and local events.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for live broadcasts, news, and commercials productions.
- Work with news producers to create and review graphic rundowns for live broadcasts.
- Edit programming/videos for shows, special material for promotions and social.
- Aid in setup, production, and tear down of special events, remotes, as needed.
Requirements
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in TV Production, Communications, or Digital Media.
- Two years of production experience with different types of broadcast media (video, audio, and graphics).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) or other editing software.
- Green screen and studio production environment knowledge.
- Knowledge of News, VizRT, and news gathering tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Well versed in television and radio studio production.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work with tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Adaptability to multiple positions during the week.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
