MultiMedia Subject Matter Expert, Administration, FT, 8A-4:30P

Responsibilities

• Maintains an equipment inventory list.
• Performs minor repairs and monthly maintenance on the audiovisual and video conferencing equipment.
• Updates training laptops with the latest image, providing phone support to clients.
• Picks up selected audiovisual equipment after large events.
• Provides onsite support at other sites upon occasion (may be required).

Qualifications

• High School, GED, Certification, Training, Experience.
• Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial).
• COMPTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Valid Florida Drivers License.
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and telephone.
• Advanced skill sets in MS Outlook and Skype meetings.
• Intermediate skill sets in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SDE (IT trouble ticket tracking software).
• Introductory level knowledge of audiovisual systems.
• Some exposure to graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this position is $25.37 - $32.98 / hour depending on experience.
