Multimedia Production Specialist II
About the role
Teaching and Learning Innovation at Mays Business School is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Production Specialist II to help bring engaging educational experiences to life. In this role, you will independently manage multimedia projects from concept through final delivery, producing high-quality video and digital content that supports faculty, instructional designers, and learners.
Responsibilities
Working in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment, you will coordinate production timelines, execute post-production workflows, and apply sound technical expertise to ensure exceptional results. Success in this position requires a strong balance of creativity, communication, and teamwork, along with the ability to work independently within established production standards and processes while contributing to innovative teaching and learning initiatives.
- Creative Execution & Post-Production: Independently execute all post-production work for standard multimedia projects within established workflows and production standards.
- End-to-End Standard Production & Project Management: Independently coordinate standard multimedia projects from planning through delivery and archival of assets.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and media team members to support successful project outcomes.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Peer Support: Provide occasional technical assistance to peers on common editing and equipment challenges within assigned project work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two or more years of related multimedia production experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Frame.io).
- Ability to independently manage post-production work for standard multimedia projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on team effectiveness; meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
A well-qualified candidate will also possess familiarity with media asset management and workflow organization, ability to interpret academic needs and produce engaging multimedia assets within established production guidelines, and experience collaborating with faculty or subject matter experts in an academic or training environment.

Pay
Salary: $55,000 - $58,000/annually (Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience), with a proposed minimum salary of $4,583.34 monthly.
Schedule
May require work outside of standard work hours, including evenings and weekends to complete assigned duties. Travel may be required.
