Multimedia Production Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Production Specialist to support the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) in the development, production, and editing of multimedia content supporting U.S. Army doctrinal communication initiatives. This role supports the Army Doctrine Development Program through audio/video production, podcast development, motion graphics, and strategic communications support across the Army enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit video productions and podcasts
• Develop motion graphics, voice-over content, and visual effects
• Auxiliary scripting, recording, and post-production activities
• Support doctrinal communications initiatives and social media efforts
• Create content optimized for web and mobile viewing
• Cook up with government stakeholders and subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• An Active SECRET clearance
• Minimum 1 year of multimedia production experience
• Experience with video editing and audio production tools
• Experience with motion graphics and post-production workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD communications programs
• Familiarity with YouTube and podcast production workflows
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging multimedia content
