About the role

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality visual storytelling for a global organization with a strong purpose-driven mission. You will own video production and post-production while also contributing to photography, podcasting, livestreams, and social media content. Working from Global Headquarters, you'll collaborate with communications teams and stakeholders across a wide range of corporate initiatives. Your work will support brand campaigns, employee communications, recruiting, leadership messaging, events, community engagement, and digital channels. The position combines hands-on production expertise with creative judgment, technical problem-solving, and strong attention to detail. You'll work across the full content lifecycle, from creative planning and filming through editing, finishing, accessibility, and delivery. Accountabilities

  • Produce and edit professional-quality video content for corporate communications, brand campaigns, employee communications, recruiting, leadership messaging, events, community initiatives, and other enterprise programs.
  • Collaborate with communications partners and internal stakeholders to define objectives, audiences, creative direction, timelines, and final deliverables.
  • Support pre-production activities, including concepts, scripts, storyboards, interview questions, shot lists, schedules, locations, and equipment planning.
  • Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, teleprompters, stabilizers, and related production equipment.
  • Film interviews, employee stories, products, facilities, events, leadership communications, and other corporate content.
  • Edit short- and long-form video using professional post-production tools, including color correction, audio cleanup and mixing, captioning, music selection, graphics, and basic motion graphics.
  • Prepare finished assets in appropriate dimensions, aspect ratios, lengths, codecs, and formats for websites, social platforms, internal communications, presentations, and live events.
  • Capture and edit professional photography for communications, recruiting, events, social media, and brand initiatives.
  • Repurpose video and photography into engaging, platform-specific short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Support podcast and audio production, including equipment setup, recording, editing, sound enhancement, and promotional clip creation.
  • Assist with livestreams, webinars, remote interviews, and other multimedia productions as required.
  • Maintain an organized digital library of footage, photographs, audio, project files, releases, and completed assets.
  • Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot routine camera, lighting, audio, recording, storage, and editing issues.
  • Ensure content follows brand, legal, safety, accessibility, and approval requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in video production, digital media, communications, photography, film, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional, internship, freelance, academic, or volunteer production experience.
  • Proven videography and video-editing capabilities supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent platform; experience with After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Lightroom is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of professional or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, stabilizers, teleprompters, and other production equipment.
  • Strong understanding of composition, exposure, lighting, audio recording, editing, color correction, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with professional photography and photo editing is preferred.
  • Experience recording and editing interviews, podcasts, voiceovers, webinars, or livestreams is a plus.
  • Ability to create basic motion graphics, animated titles, branded video elements, and other visual treatments.
  • Understanding of codecs, compression, frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, color management, and media storage.
  • Familiarity with captions, transcripts, alternative text, and digital accessibility practices.
  • Understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific content requirements.
  • Experience working in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, event, or similarly complex production environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and production priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable receiving creative direction, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and revising work to meet project objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with communications professionals, business stakeholders, creative partners, and technical teams.
