MULTIFUNCTIONAL STOCK ASSOCIATE

About the role

For our upcoming MANGO store located at the CambridgeSide Galleria in Cambridge, Massachusetts, we are currently recruiting for a Multifunctional Stock Associate to join our team, opening in 2024. You will carry out the reception and control of merchandise and its storage in the stockroom, in addition to store replenishment according to company procedures, to ensure the store has the right product at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Deal with deliveries on a daily basis, maintaining order and tidiness, avoiding damage, and preventing stock loss
• Receive, confirm, open boxes, and organize merchandise every day in an optimal and systematic manner according to stockroom guidelines
• Perform daily replenishment on a continual basis
• Organize and allocate the merchandise received according to stockroom guidelines
• Provide support to colleagues on the store floor, helping with replenishment and making additional orders when necessary
• Handle individual store requests quickly and efficiently
• Reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to store needs
• Be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy stockroom
• Collaborate in preparing all the material required to perform store changes

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environment
• Customer service oriented
• Independent work ethic and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
• High energy, enthusiastic, passionate, and upbeat attitude
• Fosters genuine connection through compassion, empathy, integrity, and building trusting relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt—energy and speed
• Computer skills to operate point of sale system is a plus
