Description

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Administer contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activities
  • Coincordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to financial objectives
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Support value engineering and cost-control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with field teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Lead project meetings and resolve project challenges proactively
  • Manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty activities
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) efforts throughout construction

Profile

The successful Multifamily Construction Project Manager will have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
  • Experience managing multifamily, residential, or mixed-use construction projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls
  • Experience with project management and construction software
  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects through completion while maintaining client satisfaction
