Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned site installation projects for the Multifamily portion of the final mile business, from planning to implementation, ensuring appliance delivery and installations are executed within customer and company requirements.
- Ensure that assigned site deliveries and installations are completed according to customer needs and within requirements.
- Monitor progression of builder checklist items as they relate to delivery and installation needs, adjusting to accommodate moving timelines and changes to pre-installation requirements.
- Perform all delivery site inspections pre and post delivery and installation, and support required monitoring thresholds.
- Evaluate concerns from the customer and/or builder and either provide resolution or escalate to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain communication with on-site teams, builders, and customer contacts.
- Communicate work order needs to appropriate teams, advising of any changes and monitoring activities for completion.
- Coordinate resources needed to fulfill work orders, including labor, materials, and scheduling.
- Review claims/damages and resolve or oversee escalation to the appropriate department, ensuring resolution is completed.
- Correspond with Client Representatives for customer relations and researching orders.
- Track and enter project notes and additional information into company and client systems as required.
- Attend site/customer requested calls and performance reviews.
- Perform regular audits of team performance.
- Coordinate reverse logistics needs between the teams and customer.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years’ project management experience in construction, warehousing, final mile/last mile delivery or related field.
- Reliable transportation to conduct site visits.
- Local travel between sites expected regularly to oversee site requirements.

- Ability to analyze information and use individual judgment.
- Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and lead teams and coach others toward continuous improvement.

- Working Conditions: Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Primarily climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to outdoors and indoor warehouse environments with adequate ventilation. Occasional exposure to vibration, improperly illuminated or awkward and confining workspaces. Loud noises may be typical while in a warehouse environment.
