Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development.
- Understanding of vehicle systems and system simulation methodologies.
- Experience developing, validating, and troubleshooting engineering models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BEV, HEV, or PHEV vehicle architectures.
- Knowledge of thermal, driveability, duty-cycle, propulsion, or energy management simulations.
- Experience with GT-SUITE, AMESim, FMI/FMU integration, or similar simulation tools.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and simulation automation.
- Experience developing reusable model libraries and supporting large-scale simulation platforms.
- Understanding of controls development and calibration processes.
