About the role

This is a six (6) month, full-time seasonal position ONLY.

A Day in the Life of a Multicultural Partnerships Associate

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Support the Multicultural Partnerships team to grow the number of shoeboxes producing national partnerships
• Aid the Multicultural Partnerships team in contacting churches, data maintenance, and management for Latino Days at processing centers
• Manage volunteer registration process for Latino Nights
• Attend Latino Night events with team to assist in Volunteer Check in process
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with field staff and local volunteers when engaging in promotional activity on the local, regional, and national level

Qualifications & Experience

• Two years of college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task effectively
• Strong administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Team player, who brings a positive, flexible attitude
• Initiative taker, proactively looking for ways to serve
• Bi-lingual: Spanish (required) and English (required)
