- Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment.
- Inspect machines regularly for malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems and UV/Profile machinery.
- Change bearing, sprockets, rollers, chains, solenoids, air valves and other parts.
- Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
- Complete repairs and parts replacements.
- Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Mult-craft maintenance experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening.
- Positive and verifiable work history.
- Frequently will push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Frequently must be able to work in moderate noise, up to 83 decibels.
- Exposure to noise environment requiring hearing protection.
- Must be able and willing to work in non-temperature-controlled environment, exposed to weather conditions.
