About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple units across various locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple units, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and improve unit performance.
• Train and mentor staff members to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations applicable to multi-unit management.
