Responsibilities
As the Multi-Unit General Manager, you will provide leadership and operational direction for two restaurant concepts while creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
- Lead and develop the management teams across both restaurants.
- Build a strong, positive, people-first culture where team members feel valued and supported.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop future restaurant leaders.
- Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant execution.
- Create memorable guest experiences and build strong relationships within the community.
- Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and other key financial metrics.
