Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
- Manage in-store inventory, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (or assist in lifting 40 pounds).
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks).
