Pay
Hourly wage: $36.90 – $40.40 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
