Job Summary
Ace Handyman Services Lakeland is seeking highly motivated professional Multi-skilled Painters. This is a W2 position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn up to $25 per hour. Benefits and performance bonuses are provided.
About the role
We provide quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects in Lakeland and nearby areas. You will work out of your home, using your own vehicle to travel to job sites. Potential income ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, and benefits are included.
Responsibilities
- Work independently on repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
- Use your own tools to perform painting, tiling, carpentry, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical work
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with clients and colleagues
- Estimate projects and document work
- Pass a background check
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance
- Good knowledge of various trades including painting, tiling, carpentry, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical
- Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications
- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
- Own standard set of tools for all trades
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Project estimating skills
- Ability to pass a background check
