Multi-Skilled Operator I

What You'll Do

• Perform production, packing, and warehouse activities in accordance with work instructions and production plans
• Set up and operate production equipment and ensure efficient and safe machine operation
• Assemble, pack, label, and prepare products to meet quality and shipment requirements
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Check orders against production schedules and verify accuracy of materials and documentation
• Request and move raw materials to support production and packing activities
• Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, label, and store in designated warehouse locations
• Pick materials and prepare orders based on production requirements and shipping needs
• Load and unload materials and shipments using safe handling practices and material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts and inventory control activities
• Complete all production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and team members to support operational goals
• Support ISO quality requirements and participate in quality and audit-related activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and operational success

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of warehouse layout and the safe operation of material moving and handling equipment including pallet jack or electric pallet jack
• Knowledge of computers and company electronic systems to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
• Knowledge of safe warehousing operations

• Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
