Responsibilities

- Handle all scheduling and client requests - Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service - Receive full/part time schedules - Earn performance bonuses - Receive a craftsman allowance - Have no out-of-pocket costs for craftsman - Have advancement and growth opportunities

Requirements

- Strong work ethic - Professional appearance and demeanor - Good overall knowledge of trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Light Plumbing, and Electrical - Excellent customer service skills - Solid communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to interact positively with various clients and colleagues

Qualifications

- Proficiency in at least three trades: Light Carpentry, Light Electrical, Drywall Repair, Painting, and Light Plumbing - Own standard set of tools for all trades - Own truck or van - Valid driver's license - Strong documentation and invoicing skills - Background check and drug screen clearance required
