About the role

Ace Handyman Services in Fairfield, Connecticut is seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades. This is a W2 position offering flexibility, with jobs found and scheduled for you. Potential income ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, along with benefits and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

- Work out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis. - Travel to job sites in Fairfield County and nearby areas using your own vehicle. - Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service. - Perform tasks including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical work. - Display excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

- Strong work ethic and professional appearance/demeanor. - Strong knowledge of multiple trades, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical. - Prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman, with estimation skills and prior home inspection experience preferred. - Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work. - Own standard set of tools to perform all trades. - Own truck or van. - Valid driver’s license. - Residence within 40 miles of Orange. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong documentation and invoicing skills. - Background check and drug screen required.
