Multi Skill Electrician - Findlay, OH

About the role

Goodyear is seeking highly skilled Industrial Electricians to join our dynamic team in various locations across Ohio. As a key member of our manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain a variety of equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Perform troubleshooting and repair work on machinery and mechanical equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
• Interpret drawings related to the installation and operation of machinery and equipment
• Experience with manufacturing equipment startup is a plus

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights
• Industrial Electrician Journeyman's card or 3 years equivalent industrial electrical experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US

Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• In-depth knowledge of industrial controls, Ethernet systems, PLCs, and high voltage experience
• Self-directed and capable of managing projects independently

Skills

• Basic computer skills preferred

Benefits

• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Additional $0.65 per hour shift differential for night crew

Pay

• Hourly rate: $37.97

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Continuous 2-2-3 schedule including Saturdays and Sundays
