Multi-Site Assistant Property Manager
What You’ll Do
- Step in to manage day-to-day operations across various properties in our portfolio.
- Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Handle maintenance requests, leasing tasks, and financial oversight with professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel between properties, offering your expertise wherever it's needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of property management or related experience.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinker, creative solutions expert.
- Travel-Ready: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region.
