Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager (Ascend/Elite North)

About the role

At Mark-Taylor, we are seeking a Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager at Ascend at Kierland and Elite North in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves maintaining smooth operations within the communities, providing top-notch service, and managing various community-specific accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bank deposits, record collection activity, and input of rental payments.
• Create and process lease paperwork, gather applicant histories, and handle lease renewals.
• Ensure proper legal document processing and resident satisfaction through prompt response to concerns and requests.
• Contribute to community cleanliness and appearance by assisting with ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Assist with resident functions and other leasing responsibilities as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Community Manager in luxury property management.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development abilities.
• A degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.
• Experience with property management software such as Resman or Yardi is beneficial.

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $26.00- $27.00/hour. Bonuses may be awarded based on achieving operational metrics.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.
