We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to parse the posting.

We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: The initial paragraph describing the hotel and invitation could be considered "About the role"? Actually the posting includes an overview of the hotel and invitation. Could be "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" heading for the introductory description.
- Responsibilities: The "Overview" paragraph after "Overview The Multi-Outlet General Manager is responsible..." includes responsibilities. So we can put that under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Might be similar to Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet-like list (but not formatted as list). Also there is "Previous food and beverage management experience, including responsibility for financial results, team development, and multi-outlet support, is required." That could be Requirements. We'll treat Requirements as the required experience statements.
- Qualifications: The list after "Qualifications Bachelor's degree..." includes preferred qualifications. We'll put that under Qualifications.
- Skills: Could be derived from leadership, communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, etc. Might be covered elsewhere. We could create a Skills section if there is distinct skill content not already covered. The posting mentions "Strong leadership and communication skills", "Ability to manage budgets and control costs", "Proficient in menu planning and development", "Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures", "Ability to work a flexible schedule". Those could be skills. But we already have some in Qualifications. Might be better to combine. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might not create Skills if content overlaps.
- Benefits: There's a Benefits paragraph with list of benefits. We'll include Benefits.
- Pay: There's a Salary Range line: "Salary Range Starting from USD $0.00/Yr." That's basically zero, which is placeholder? It says "Starting from USD $0.00/Yr." That's essentially not specified; it's a placeholder. According to instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states a salary range but it's $0.00/Yr which is effectively placeholder. Should we treat as not real? It's likely a mistake; but it's stated. However it's $0.00 which is nonsense. I'd consider it placeholder and thus not include Pay section. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state a salary range, albeit zero. But it's still stated. However it's likely not meaningful. I'd err on side of not including Pay because it's effectively unspecified. The instruction says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". "$0.00/Yr" could be considered placeholder. So we should omit Pay.
- Schedule: There's mention "Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs." That's schedule info. So we could include Schedule section with that statement. However it's also part of Qualifications. But we could still include Schedule if we have specific schedule info. The posting does state schedule expectations. So we can include Schedule.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's structure:
