We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Date posted, location, etc: we can drop minor metadata. - Role: Material Program Manager supporting STaRS. - About the role: description of company and role purpose. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: U.S. citizenship required. - Qualifications: Must have: Bachelor's degree + 8 years experience or advanced degree +5 years; Minimum 6 years supply chain role; Experience in Material Sales forecasting, Risk & Opportunity management, Material EACs/EVMS. - Qualifications we value: Knowledge of Export/Import compliance; Experience with Special Program Access; Experience with government regulations (FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA); Knowledge of manufacturing processes; Supplier management experience. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed but could infer from responsibilities: material planning, supplier management, forecasting, risk management, etc. But we should only include if posting explicitly states them. There's no separate "Skills" heading. Could combine under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for sections if posting has real specific content. There's no explicit Skills not present as separate heading; we could omit Skills section. - Benefits: The posting mentions "What We Offer" includes values, then later "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays." Also mentions incentive compensation. So we have benefits content. - Pay: Salary range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. - Schedule: It says "This role will require you to be onsite in our McKinney, TX facility." Also earlier "Position Role Type: Hybrid". So schedule/hybrid info: Hybrid role, requires onsite. Could treat as Schedule section: Hybrid (onsite required). The posting says "Position Role Type: Hybrid". So we can include Schedule: Hybrid role requiring onsite presence. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific tasks. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, 185,000 great minds are united by purpose and inspired to make a difference solving the world’s most complex problems. The MPM will also manage all material needs/tasks tied to FEOTB (Front End of The Business) through execution of contract and closure. This position is also responsible for proposal support, planning, quarterly EAC support, sales forecasting for material, and supplier management collectively with Procurement/Commodity Teams to ensure that the program(s) have material to support schedule, cost, & quality needs and the financial business acumen for business.

    That's a lot but okay.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with Program Manager and all Cross‑Functional leaders to ensure execution of AOP, OTD delivery, and material coverage to enable program to meet commitments to internal and external customers.
    • Be responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of all program material strategies, plans, and supplier risk mitigation activities.
    • Establish and drive material sales forecasting for assigned program and product line.
    • Drive FEOTB front‑end‑of‑business activities related to MRP planning, load, material releases, initial & quarter EAC reporting, etc.

    • Prepare & present information for weekly / monthly management reviews, summarizing program status & any on‑going production / sustainment issues.
    • Support proposal activities including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation, material pricing inputs with SCPX, and RFQ planning / execution with specialist and buyers, and work with Procurement to manage CAPA closure on all TINA requirements necessary.
    • Ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by documenting program execution insights, capture lessons learned, and contributing to repeatable process improvements that strengthen MPM execution standards across the team.
    • Solve material planning/procurement issues and drive successful outcomes.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    Qualifications

    • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree and 5 years prior relevant experience.
    • Minimum 6 years experience in a supply chain role.
    • Experience in Material Sales forecasting, Risk & Opportunity management, Material Estimates at Completion (EACs) and/or Earned Value Management (EVMS).
We could also include "Qualifications We Value" as part of Qualifications or separate? The instruction: Use headings for sections if posting has real specific content. There's a subsection "Qualifications We Value". Could treat as part of Qualifications but we could also make a separate section "Preferred Qualifications". However allowed headings list includes Qualifications (maybe we can include both must-have and preferred under Qualifications). We'll keep Qualifications covering both must-have and preferred. Could add another

    Preferred Qualifications

but not in allowed list. Better to incorporate into Qualifications section as a sublist? But we must follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can only use those headings. So we put all qualifications under Qualifications. Thus include both must-have and preferred items. Add preferred items: - Knowledge and experience in Export/Import Compliance requirements for international business partners and suppliers. - Experience using Special Program Access - Experience with government regulations (i.e., FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.) - Knowledge of manufacturing processes across product life cycle - Supplier management experience. We'll add as
  • items.

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
    • Short‑term and long‑term disability
    • 401(k) match
    • Flexible spending accounts
    • Flexible work schedules
    • Employee assistance program
    • Employee Scholar Program
    • Parental leave
    • Paid time off and holidays
    • Annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs (eligibility dependent on position level and collective‑bargaining coverage)
We should also mention the values? Could be included in About the role but we already have a paragraph about values. Could add a sentence: "At RTX we value: Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation." Could be in About the role. We'll incorporate that.

    Pay

The salary range for this role is $132,400 USD – $251,600 USD.

    Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the McKinney, TX facility.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, privacy policy, application instructions, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Learn More & Apply Now!" etc removed. Also removed "Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role." etc. Also removed "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits..." we kept benefits but removed the surrounding filler. We kept the list. We kept "Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement." That's somewhat generic but still substantive? It's a detail about benefits variability. Might be okay to keep as a sentence in Benefits section. But we could incorporate as a note. However the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that detail. Could add a

after the list: "Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement." Also mention incentive compensation not guaranteed etc. We could keep that as a paragraph. Similarly for Pay: we have the sentence about good faith estimate and factors. Should we keep that? It's substantive detail about salary range. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that explanation. However we must not create placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". The sentences about good faith estimate and factors are substantive. So we should include them. Thus Pay section could have

The salary range for this role is $132,400 USD – $251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Similarly Benefits: we could add a paragraph after list: "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, ... Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance." We need to ensure we don't repeat the list items already captured. We could keep the list and then a paragraph with the rest. Similarly Schedule: we could add more detail: "This role will require you to be onsite in our McKinney,
