Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the company's print and digital features and benefits. Meet with clients to evaluate needs and develop a marketing strategy for their business. Meet individual and departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and exhibit a passion for results
• Must love sales
• Willing to train the right candidate

Skills

• 1-2+ years outside sales experience preferred
• Knowledge or experience in selling digital solutions
• Competitive, creative, with a desire to build strong relationships with business owners and organizations

Pay

• Base salary range: $30,000–$40,000
• Unlimited potential commissions and bonus program
• Highly competitive base and commission structure which includes a guaranteed transitional program
