Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon.
- Perform opening and closing business duties.
- Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
- Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment, especially first-time users.
- Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours per day).
- Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
