Multi-Life Case Manager
Responsibilities
- Learn and become an expert in GSI enrollment processes
- Understand and leverage enrollment capabilities, services and tools
- Proactively manage communication with the goal of improving enrollment and re-enrollment effectiveness
- Manage plans based on issued offers
- Develop and communicate enrollment strategy with both internal/external partners
- Develop enrollment project plans
- Develop employee communication and education tools and materials
- Review eligibility files for quality and accuracy
- Collapse coordination billing
- Process plan terminations and porting of policies
- Process ad hoc newly eligible enrollments
- Monitor and manage the progress of assigned programs, ensuring timely processing and resolution
- Collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients to gather required information and facilitate communication
- Oversee the delivery of policies to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
- Strong growth and business development orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong technical aptitude – ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems
- Strong organization skills/ability to manage multiple demands and priorities
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Projects confidence and enthusiasm about the company
- Outgoing, excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work/partner with a close team
- Strong relationship management skills
- Results oriented
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Life & Health license preferred

Pay
The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Schedule
This position requires an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
