Multi-Language Learner Teacher (.5 FTE)

About the role

The Milton Town School District seeks .5 Multi-Language Learner (MLL) Teachers to join their dedicated team. These positions focus on engaging students and collaborating with the MLL team to provide high-quality, evidence-based MLL instruction.

Responsibilities

• Engage students and collaborate with the MLL team to deliver high-quality MLL instruction.
• Use effective family outreach techniques to support student success.
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and other staff members.

Requirements

• Vermont Educator License with MML endorsement.
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and proactive in using effective family outreach techniques and be a collaborative team member.

Skills

Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and proficiency in multiple languages are essential.
