Multi Home Team Leader - Nights

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Care Team Leader to join the Norse Care team, working across our care services in Norfolk. Whether you're an experienced Care Support Worker ready to take the next step, or a current Senior or Team Leader looking to develop your experience, this role offers the chance to grow with Norfolk’s largest care home provider. Responsibilities

• Building strong working relationships with colleagues by using natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate your team.
• Managing staff across our care establishments, including coordinating last minute staff cover and managing handovers.
• Supporting new starter inductions and assisting with staff performance and reporting.
• Leading by example in delivering high quality person‑centred care for our residents.
• Supporting independence, dignity and informed choices in line with their care plan.
• Overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures.
• Responding promptly to call bells and emergencies and providing an overall excellent level of care.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (required for travel between establishments).
• Previous experience working within a similar social care role.
• An enhanced DBS check will be required; payment will be met by the employer.
• Norse Group are currently unable to provide sponsorship.

£16.50 per hour (Nights) plus enhancements and mile
