Job Description
You will be the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager for the PAC‑3 Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading a finance team that delivers analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow. Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for program performance. Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives.

- AI basic knowledge and utilization
- Dashboard visualization, creation and utilization
- Experience working full Earned Value Management defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis
- SAP experience, COBRA experience, Oracle experience
