Multi-family Superintendent

Location: Florida Gulf Coast (Priority need in Tampa, FL)

About the role

We are actively hiring Assistant and Lead Superintendents to support a strong pipeline of multifamily construction projects along Florida's Gulf Coast, with an immediate focus in the Tampa area. This is an opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality residential communities across one of the country's most active construction markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff across all phases of construction
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and compliance
• Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to project teams
• Review plans/specs and ensure work aligns with design and code requirements
• Lead scheduling, inspections, and punch list completion

Requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in multifamily construction
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project timelines
• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
• Willingness to travel within Florida for project assignments (as needed)

Pay

$85,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
