Job Details
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain and update the project's drawing set, both electronically and in hard copy, to reflect any modifications or updates.
- Utilize Sage 300 for project management tasks, including tracking costs, managing contracts, and generating reports.
- Procure all necessary materials and equipment, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Use Bluebeam for document management, including reviewing and marking up drawings, tracking revisions, and collaborating with project team.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to company safety standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Resolve any project issues or disputes, maintaining a positive working relationship with all parties involved.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family, affordable housing, or commercial construction project management.
- Proficiency in Sage 300 and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets.
