Job Details

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain and update the project's drawing set, both electronically and in hard copy, to reflect any modifications or updates.
• Utilize Sage 300 for project management tasks, including tracking costs, managing contracts, and generating reports.
• Procure all necessary materials and equipment, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Use Bluebeam for document management, including reviewing and marking up drawings, tracking revisions, and collaborating with project team.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to company safety standards and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Resolve any project issues or disputes, maintaining a positive working relationship with all parties involved.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family, affordable housing, or commercial construction project management.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets.

About the Role

A dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Multi-Family Project Manager is needed to join our team in the construction industry. This role involves overseeing and managing the construction of multi-family residential projects from start to finish.
