Multi-Faceted Tradesman/HVAC Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

• Accredited trade(s) school with a strong background in refrigeration
• May consider a licensed master plumber with HVAC experience
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance on various HVAC components including Roof Top Units, Air Handlers, Refrigeration Units, Window Air Conditioners, Univents, and Pneumatics, boilers (steam and water)
• DDC Control experience preferred
• At least five (5) years' experience with trade school or ten (10) years' experience required

GENERAL DUTIES

• Complete all trade assignments as designated by Director of Facilities
• Complete non-trade assignments as designated by Director of Facilities
• Assume responsibilities in conducting assignments and provide leadership when performing with a co-worker
• Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and repair parts within trades
• Complete work assignments professionally and efficiently
• Follow blueprints or other design specifications to install or repair HVAC systems
