Essential Functions

• Makes mechanical and electrical control repairs to the facility and its systems including fabrication, installation, alignment and adjustment of components, working to close tolerance.
• Replaces cord and plug sensors, adjusts sensors, and makes de-energized terminations as directed by supervisor.
• Installs and repairs steam, water, or sewer piping systems, hydraulic/pneumatic piping, control and reservoir systems, air handling and atmospheric control systems, including ductwork and air filtration.
• Welds ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Utilizes precision measuring equipment such as dial indicators, levels, micrometers, multimeters, etc.
• Performs repairs on rolling stock and molds, including mold plate changes and cleaning as required and assigned by supervisor.
• Performs duties of other classifications such as oiling, electrical, or machinist work as directed by supervisor.
• Performs facility work such as door, wall, floor, ceiling, and roof repair as directed by supervisor.
• Performs facility painting and carpentry work as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

Multi-craft: 5 years (Required)

Industrial Maintenance (required)
