Multi-Cloud Engineer

Provide technical support to all of the customers' broadcast systems as a cloud engineer with programming responsibilities.
This position has re-opened. Experience with the optional skills is important to the customer. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph are required. This position is eligible for a $5k bonus (includes 20% SEP IRA contribution).

Skills
Required Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services, including API configurations.
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell.
- Demonstrated experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android.
- Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl.
- Demonstrated experience with System Administration, including Linux RHEL, patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware/patch levels.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering, including familiarity with medialive, automating DynamoDB table updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets.
Desired Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience with analog and digital communications involving Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio.
- Demonstrated experience with video codecs and streaming technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with video encoding equipment and processes.
- Demonstrated experience with specific broadcast systems such as specialized FM radio systems and the Sponsor’s TV and radio signal devices, including scalable portable remote devices.
- Demonstrated experience with IP network routing and switching.
- Demonstrated experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment.
