Responsibilities

  • Support cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements.
  • Configure and manage AWS cloud services, including API configurations.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and programs using Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell.
  • Administer Linux RHEL systems, including patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing.
  • Perform cloud engineering tasks such as automating DynamoDB table updates, troubleshooting cloud platforms, and providing input on toolsets.
  • Work with media live systems, video codecs, streaming technologies, and broadcast equipment.
  • Support analog and digital communications, including Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, FM radio, and IP network routing/switching.
  • Install, configure, and operate broadcast equipment, including specialized FM radio systems and scalable portable remote devices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based networks and AWS services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell.
  • Experience with Linux and Android operating systems.
  • Scripting experience with Python, C++, and Perl.
  • System administration experience with Linux RHEL, including patching, server installs, and firmware upgrades.
  • Familiarity with cloud engineering, media live systems, and troubleshooting toolsets.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with analog and digital communications (Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, FM radio).
  • Knowledge of video codecs, streaming technologies, and encoding equipment.
  • Experience with specialized broadcast systems, including FM radio and scalable portable remote devices.
  • Experience with IP network routing and switching.
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and operating broadcast equipment.
