We’re looking for beauty lovers who are passionate about people, products, and fast-moving trends to drive sales through impactful in-store visits, events, and key focus days while consistently achieving and exceeding daily and event sales goals. You’ll bring our brands to life by creating engaging consumer experiences, driving event execution, partnering with store teams on brand education, and ensuring strong merchandising and visibility in-store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials. Frequently required to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced retail store environment with standard store lighting and ambient noise levels.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
