Responsibilities
- Work in an agile team environment with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal oversight, ensuring consistent deliverables.
- Understand business and/or system requirements, working with stakeholders to capture needs, perform impact analysis, and refine requirements into executable specifications.
- Quickly acquire deep understanding of the business/technical domain and main applications to provide leadership.
- Track, report, and maintain every aspect of assigned stories in JIRA, including story point reassessment and hours estimated vs. completed.
- Accept client assignments and drive them to completion with minimal external support for technical implementations involving web-based service calls to data repositories.
- Coordinate efforts for Client Assessment, Provisioning, and Onboarding, including design, development, integration, client review, and acceptance.
- Facilitate design and workflow sessions such as independent client/DCRS design approval, CI/CD tools understanding (Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory), client/DCRS knowledge sessions, and internal design review sessions (e.g., ASR review).
- Administer the Onboarding Workbook for assigned clients using SME technical knowledge of DCRS technology services and events.
- Work closely with client development and testing resource owners to align DCRS with SIT, UAT, and Release Defect Triage support.
- Leverage SOAP UI Tool for triage and testing support.
- Coordinate release activities with assigned Execution Leads and clients.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in relevant technologies.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
- Client-facing work experience is a plus.
- Previous development/coding experience is a plus.
- Experience with Agile tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.

Pay
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 a year
