Mulesoft Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft-based integration solutions to connect various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop APIs, data mappings, and transformations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Configure and deploy Mule applications to CloudHub runtimes both manually and via CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft development and integration projects.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center.
• Significant experience with data transformation and mapping using DataWeave 2.0.
• Experience with architecting Mule flows, controlling message content, and implementing appropriate connectors, routers, scopes, and filters while following patterns for reusability and performance.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive error handling strategies for applications.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency with Anypoint Studio IDE.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Proficiency in writing effective and maintainable integration tests as well as unit tests using MUnit.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
