MSW Social Worker

Responsibilities

Provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, care coordination, and counseling support to patients with mental health and behavioral health needs while collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

MSW and 2+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting

Skills

Skilled experience with discharge planning, facilitating treatment team, completing treatment plans, facilitating process groups

13-week assignment; 8a-4:30p shift, every other weekend
