About the role

The position is for a Mental Health Social Worker (MSW) starting on July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in an acute care setting and behavioral health environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.
• Prior Kaiser experience preferred.
• Length of assignment is 13 weeks.
• Shift is from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with 40 hours per week.
• Epic system integration is required.
• The start date is July 27, 2026.
• The facility is located at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard and Historic Park, Vallejo, California.

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Valid California Social Work license.
• Experience in acute care and behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred experience at Kaiser facilities.
