MSP Online Letter Writer SME

Responsibilities

• The MSP Online Letter Writer SME will help implement ICE MSP.
• Create templates for all required letters to go out for each scenario that are FNMA‑compliant (e.g., DELQ – Payment reminder notice, BRP – mapped as much as possible, Acknowledgment of receipt, decision letter, etc.).
• Create templates for Escrow Analysis scenarios (overage <$50, overage ≥$50, shortage, deficiency).
• Map the templates with data from ICE MSP, determining whether the letter is generated via MSP OLLW or Lanvera.
• Set up triggers to identify when the appropriate letters should be generated in a timely manner.
• Perform compliance review to ensure letters are generated timely, information is accurate per regulation requirements, and letters are sent out based on reporting for OLLW or Lanvera.
• Ensure all letters are imaged in the current imaging system (Synergy).
