About the role

Join Bupa’s Chelsea Clinic as an MSK Physiotherapist working 16 hours per week onsite (2 days Monday‑Thursday) with the option to add remote hours. The role offers a salary of up to £50,800 FTE (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering musculoskeletal therapy to insured and self‑pay patients, collaborating with Centre Managers, MSK Therapy Leads, physicians, APPs, GPs, health advisers and mental health practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSK therapy assessment and treatment to insured (registered with all major insurance providers) and self‑pay customers.
• Work closely with Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to engage the local public, corporate and healthcare community.
• Function within an MSK multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, physiotherapists, GPs, health advisers and mental health practitioners.
• Deliver a comprehensive and progressive therapeutic approach to the assessment and rehabilitation of all MSK conditions.
• Inspire colleagues at all levels of your specialist area to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Communicate enthusiastically about the customer journey to build confidence in the care being provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post‑qualification (essential).
• Current practising member of the HCPC (Physiotherapists) and relevant regulatory body/professional association.
• Extensive post‑graduate working experience in musculoskeletal medicine.

Qualifications

• Post‑graduate qualifications preferred (e.g., appropriate MSc, MACP).
• Experience treating private patients and/or sports injuries.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
