MSD CRM Developer/ Lead

About the role

Location: Weehawken, NJ, US (Hybrid – 3 days onsite). Requires 9‑15 years of overall experience as an individual contributor and team player in a technical role working with business users or end users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions within the Power Platform using out‑of‑the‑box features.
• Create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow (Power Automate).
• Develop custom business apps: Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model‑Driven Apps.
• Design and develop plugins, work with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, analyze complex business requirements, and apply strong project‑management attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems while contributing as both an individual contributor and team player.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and/or Sales.
• Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, PL‑200, PL‑400) are a plus.
• Extensive development experience with Microsoft 365 technologies: SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder.
• Strong .NET development background with C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with XRMToolbox; hands‑on experience building plugins.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong project‑management skills, excellent problem‑solving ability, and effective communication/interpersonal skills.
