The MSB Sales Associate is responsible for promoting Tony's MSB products and services through excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with all regulations, operational procedures, and policies. The main responsibility is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome MSB customers, guide them through products, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Follow training manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core department processes.
• Maintain up-to-date AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) certifications.
• Recommend related products to increase customer options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas.
• Conduct and register transactions in the POS system.
• Be accountable for sales, cash, and transactions recorded on your behalf.
• Promote all financial services offered to every customer visiting the store.
• Comply with the Company’s manual of policies and procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, and partners' transmitter business requirements.
• Successfully pass an exam on anti-money laundering compliance training with the Company’s designated third-party provider.
• Attend all AML training assigned by the compliance team.
• Maintain the working area and equipment in optimal condition; report needed maintenance and repairs.
• Operate a computer and process financial transactions effectively.
• Understand how to operate assigned office equipment.
• Ensure the safekeeping of cash from all financial transactions.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
• Inventory services under custody.
• Keep supervisors informed of any events requiring their intervention.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.

Desired but not required:

• Sales experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Financial services experience.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $15.00 - $20.03. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and factors such as specific skills, relevant work experience, and education/training.
