About the role

The MSB Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting Tony's MSB products and services, focusing on excellent customer service and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome MSB customers, guide them through products, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Follow training manuals and SOPs for department core processes.
• Maintain AML & BSA certifications up to date.
• Recommend related products to enhance customer relationships.
• Conduct and register transactions in the POS system.
• Accountable for sales, cash, transactions, etc., recorded on their behalf.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Desired but not required: Sales experience, Cash handling experience, Financial Services experience.
