About the role
The MSB Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting Tony's MSB products and services, focusing on excellent customer service and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome MSB customers, guide them through products, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant experience.
- Follow training manuals and SOPs for department core processes.
- Maintain AML & BSA certifications up to date.
- Recommend related products to enhance customer relationships.
- Conduct and register transactions in the POS system.
- Accountable for sales, cash, transactions, etc., recorded on their behalf.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Desired but not required: Sales experience, Cash handling experience, Financial Services experience.
