MSB Sales Associate
About the role
The MSB Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting Cardenas MSB products and services through exceptional customer service, adhering to all compliance regulations and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Welcome MSB customers, guide them through products, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant experience.
- Follow training manuals and SOPs for department core processes.
- Maintain required AML & BSA certifications up to date.
- Recommend related products to enhance customer relationships.
- Conduct and register transactions in the POS system.
- Be accountable for sales, cash, transactions, etc., recorded on their behalf.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in computer navigation and software.
- Very attentive and friendly.
- No criminal record.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with excellent multi-tasking skills.
Skills
- Sales experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.

Pay
The pay scale for this position is $18.40 to $21.03 per hour. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors including specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
